Rivet tool accessories

Where limited access or awkward applications make it impossible to use POP® riveting tools in their standard configurations, a series of specialised setting heads and front end kits are available.

Corner head adapters
Suggested to use if rivets should be set in limited space, e.g. ‘L’ or ‘U’ flanged sheets and lack of space does not allow using standard power tool.
- PRH830 - For ProSet2500MCS power tool up to 3.2mm and some 4.0mm size rivets
- PRH840 - For ProSet2500MCS power tool and 3400MCS up to 4.8mm size rivets
- PRH850 - For ProSet3400MCS power tool up to 6.4mm rivets
Tight corner adapter
Suggested to use if rivets should be set close to the flange or corner.
- A1 (U) - For ProSet2500MCS power tool up to 4.8mm size rivets, from 7mm hole centre edge distance.
Extended front end kits
Suggested to use if rivets should be set in deep or narrow place standard tool cannot access into.
- FAN239-174 - for ProSet1600MCS power tool
- FAN275-132 - for ProSet2500MCS power tool
- FAN275-198 - for ProSet2500MCS power tool, with reduced diameter
- FAN276-075 - for ProSet3400MCS power tool
